I was up late last night and the latter it got, the harder it got. Still not hungry but my mind was focusing more and more on food. I wonder if this will stop. I had tea and a Diet Coke and water.
I woke up Saturday morning not hungry at all. I did weigh myself and I had lost 3.5 pounds this week. That's not normal for me, not at all. And I'm still eating the same amount, I'm just eating it all before 3pm. And I'm drinking lots of water so it's not that!
I had a banana at 11am, Starbucks green tea latte around 1pm and ate dinner at 5pm.
For dinner I threw together this little guy:
The mixture in the pepper was Zatarain's Red Beans and Rice (Low sodium) mixed with an onion that I carmlezed and added a tomato, celery, garlic, and an avocado! Grant said my use of the avocado was genius :). Then I topped it off with pepper jack cheese from Fresh Thyme. It was vegan till I added the cheese. Very yummy!
I did splurge tonight with a banana, scoop of peanut butter and a little chocolate syrup and then later two dark chocolate truffles. I have to say, I don't like the way eating all this food so late has made me feel tonight. I fill very full and I don't enjoy it. I do like the feeling of being empty at night... I'll have to remember this!
Tonight's tea is a pumpkin chai from David's Teas. No sweetener added!
